New Customer Information

When you come into the office to complete a new customer set-up form you will be asked for the following information:

• NAME

• 911 ADDRESS of SERVICE

• BILLING ADDRESS

• Identification

• Home/Work/ or Cell Phone Number

• Residential/Business Work Place

• Service Start Date

• Possible Previous Occupant

The following fees may be applied to your set-up:

​

• Water Deposit

  • $50.00 for each meter

• Processing Fee

  • $35.00 Account changes; e.g. 'Turn Ons' & 'Turn Offs'

• Materials Cost

  • Varies; such as Pressure Regulators, Backflow Prevention Assembly, line extensions

• Metered Water Service - Water Tap Base Fee

  • $750.00

  • Other charges may apply; e.g. road, creek, waterway crossings

• Metered Water Service - Upgrade existing metered-service to current meter reading system

  • $465

  • Other charges may apply; such as addition of Pressure Regulator or Customer Valve

• Sewer Tap Fee

  • $225.00, Gravity Sewer
