New Customer Information

When you come into the office to complete a new customer set-up form you will be asked for the following information:

• NAME
• 911 ADDRESS of SERVICE
• BILLING ADDRESS
• Home/Work/ or Cell Phone Number
• Residential/Business Work Place

• Service Start Date

• Possible Previous Occupant

The following fees may be applied to your set-up:

• Water Deposit
  • $50.00 for meter information
• Processing Fee
  • $35.00 paid the date installed
• Materials Cost
  • Varies
• Water Tap Fee
  • $495.00
• Sewer Tap Fee
  • $175.00
